The team of Dick Branstner and driver Roger Lindamood were the primary individuals responsible for the development and success of the "Color Me Gone" series of superstock drag racers.  The "Color Me Gone II" number 987 super stock car which is the subject of this model was driven by Roger in the mid 1960s.  This older, 114 piece 1964 Dodge 330 Super Stock "Color Me Gone II" scaled model includes the following features: 1) Authentic markings for the 1964 Dodge 330 Super Stock "Color Me Gone II" car as driven by Roger Lindamood in the mid 1960s; 2) Chrome parts; 3) Clear plastic window glass areas; 4) Complete racing suspension;  5) Detailed Mopar Max Wedge V-8 racing engine; 6) Detailed interior; 7) Hood may be displayed in the closed or open position; 8) Vinyl blackwall tires and 9) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in excellent condition with a small tear in the cellophane packaging.  Factory sealed and never started.
