The 1957 Chevrolet Corvette's performance was enhance considerably with the availability of the 283 cu.in., fuel-injected "small block" V-8 engine.  This engine continued to be a popular choice until the advent of the more  powerful 327 cu. in. V-8 engine available in later Chevrolet Corvette models.  This older, out-of-production, 300 piece '57 Corvette Fuel-Injected 283 "Small Block" large scale model includes the following features: 1) Engine stand; 2) Flywheel turns crankshaft and pistons on completed model; 3) Molded in multiple plastic colored parts; 4) Ignition wiring; 5) Parts can be removed to show interior engine detail and functional parts; 6) Photo-etched data plaques; 7) Vinyl belts and 8) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in like-new condition.  Never started and factory sealed.
