The 1960 Ford Starliner was a sporty "fastback", two-door version of the Galaxie line of Ford full-size automobiles.  The Starliner was only produced for the 1960 and 1961 model years.  Since this vehicle was ready-made for stock car racing and was only produced in limited numbers, few survive today.  The 1960 Ford Starliner was characterzied by thin roof pillars, "fastback" styling and an aerodynamic look.  The Ford Starliner came standard with the 292 cu. in. V-8 engine with the 352 cu. in V-8 available as an option.  This 100 piece '60 Ford Starliner scaled model includes the following features: 1) Chrome parts; 2) Clear plastic window glass areas; 3) Detailed 352 cu. in. V-8 engine; 4) Detailed interior; 5) Hood can be displayed in the closed or open position; 6) Poseable front wheels; 7) Separate frame and floor pan; 8) Vinyl whitewall tires and 9) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in new condition.  Never started and factory sealed.
