This postcard depicts a twin engine Douglas D.C.-3 being serviced on the tarmac adjacent to the Administration Building located on Will Rogers Field in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  The scene of this postcard is set against the background of a brown and tan Administrative Building and a blue sky with white clouds.  The legend reads: "Air terminal at Will Rogers Field in Oklahoma City which serves air passengers of Braniff, American and Continental Airlines.  It is only 260 miles south of the geographical center of the United States and almost on the halfway point between the two coasts on airlane between Norfolk, Va., and Los Angeles".  This postcard was distributed by Mid-Continent News Co. out of Oklahoma City, Okla.  It is identified as 19311.  This postcard contains no writing, is free of noticeable stains or marks and is in overall mint condition.
