The book, Airline Artistry: Vintage Posters & Publicity represents a nostalgic review of many of the twentieth century's most colorful and interesting aviation travel poster designs from the first decade of the century up through the mid 1980s.  As the author points out, nothing compares with the artistry behind the beautiful aviation poster graphics of the first half of the twentieth century.  While "Airline Artistry: Vintage Posters & Publicity" includes posters from the second half of the twentieth century, it is the work from such famed artists as K. Siegwardt of Germany, Daphne Padden of Great Britain and E.
