The book, Allison Engined Mustangs Walk Around (# 13), represents a rather unique review of the following four North American Mustang variants: 1) Mustang I (R.A.F.); 2) P-51, 3) A-36 Dive Bomber and 4) P-51 A.  While much has been written regarding the later Rolls-Royce powered Mustangs relatively little has been written to document the earlier Allison engined aircraft.  Included in this fact filled book are 40 pages of color, many illustrations and 12 color profiles.  This book is 80 pages.  The author is Glen Phillips with Don Greer (colorist) and Don Greer and David Smith (illustrations).  Edition published in 1998.
