The six place, low-wing, single engine Beechcraft Bonanza is one of the most successful light-aircraft designs to be developed and produced post World War II.  The Beechcraft Bonanza made its first flight in late 1945 and was introduced for sale in 1947.  Designed by Ralph Harmon, the Beechcraft Bonanza (Model 35) was the first modern personal aircraft and featured a tricycle landing gear and powerful six-cylinder engine, which allowed it to reach speeds of up to 210 mph.  While Beechcraft Bonanza's were produced with a conventional vertical tail, it was V tail configuration that became the "signature" look of the Bonanza.  In 1982, the last V-tail Beechcraft Bonanza was rolled off the assembly line.  It is estimated that over 6,000 Beechcraft Bonanza's are still flying today.  This BeechCraft Bonanza (1/72 Aircraft Series) scaled model includes the following features: 1) Authentic "set in" color decals; 2) Clear multi-piece plastic cockpit "glass" areas; 3) Detailed cockpit; 4) Molded in light gray colored plastic; 5) Optional position display stand molded in navy blue colored plastic complete with name plaque; 6) Wingspan of completed model is 5 3/8 inches and 7) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in new condition.  Never started and 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions inventoried.
