The book, British North Africa No. 2 is a pictorial study of the varied armor, camouflage and markings utilized on British vehicles and those of their Allies throughout the many battles fought in North Africa with the Axis forces during World War II.  The point is made that in this combat theater, military vehicles utilized more varied camouflage finishes than in any other World War II combat zone.  Markings while seemingly compicated in nature were simple and colorful  and make for an interesting study.  This book includes the following features: 1) 35 vintage black and white photographs; 2) 12 color unit markings and vehicle illustrations and 3) 8 black and white vehicle illustrations.  In the end, this book will be of interest to both the "armchair historian" and anyone intersted in building models of military vehicles from this World War II combat theater.  This book is 36 pages and is in very good condition.  The author is Kenneth M. Jones.  Edition published in 1977.
