The Bugatti 35 was perhaps the most successful of all the varried Bugatti racing models to be introduced in the 1920s. The 35 B, which is the subject of this scaled model, represented the final version of storied 35 series of Bugatti racing automobiles.  The 35 B was powered by a 2.3 L engine coupled with a supercharger that gave this automobile an engine rated at almost 140 h.p.  In all, approximately 45 examples were produced before production ceased as the world entered the great depression.  An example of this now classic racing automobile was entered and won the 1929 French Grand Prix.  This accurately scaled Bugatti 35 B model includes the following features : 1) Molded in a single plastic color; 2) Clear wind screen; 3) Detailed dashboard and 4) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in excellent condition.   Never started and factory sealed.
