The book, Concord: The Story Of The World's Most Advanced Passenger Aircraft represents the first detailed, first-hand account of the design, development and manufacturing jointly by Britain and France of the Concorde supersonic airliner.  Both the author an illustrator of this book held positions within the British Aircraft Corporation (BAC), which afforded them the opportunity to follow the design and development of the supersonic Concorde, arguably the most ambitious civil aircraft project ever undertaken.  The pair also had the opportunity to travel widely with the Concorde's overseas demonstration tours that preceded the formal launch of regularly scheduled service in January 1976.  The major sections of "Concord: The Story Of The World's Most Advanced Passenger Aircraft" are as follows: 1) Introduction; 2) Early Development; 3) Getting Airborne; 4) Supersonic Proving; 5) The End Of The Beginning and 6) Way Ahead.  In addition to an informative narrative, "Concord: The Story Of The World's Most Advanced Passenger Aircraft" includes the following features: 1) 5 black and white photographs; 2) Approximately 66 color photographs; 3) 1 black and white illustration; 4) About 16 color illustrations; 5) 1 three-view British Airways Concorde color illustration with specifications and 6) 1 three-view Air France Concord color illustration.  This book is 64 pages and is in good condition.  The author is F.G. Clark with Arthur Gibson (illustrations).  Edition published in 1976.
