The Dassault-Breguet Mirage 2000 is a French-built, multirole fighter jet manufactured in France by Dassault Aviation. The Mirage 2000 was designed in the late 1970s as a lightweight jet fighter and introduced in 1984 into the French Armée de l'Air.   It has evolved into a successful multirole aircraft and more than 600 Mirages of all variants have been produced.  While the Mirage 2000 has been exported to many countries, its primary users are the French, Indian, United Arab Emirates and Republic Of China Air Forces.  Its performance characteristics are as follows: 1) Top speed of over Mach 2.2 at altitude; 2) Service ceiling of almost 60,000 feet and 3) Combat range of about 900 miles.  The Mirage 2000's armament consists of two 30 mm cannons and up to eight missiles attached on hardpoints below the wings.  Thiis older, out-of-production model of the Dassault-Breguet Mirage 2000 is quality engineered and includes the following features: 1) Authentic markings for a prototype French AF Version; 2) Detailed cockpit interior; 3) One fuselage mounted drop tank; 4) Optional open / closed canopy; 5) Ordnance includes four wing pylons with Matra "Super 530" and R. 550 "Magic" missiles and 6) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in very good condition.  Never started and 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions inventoried.
