The Dodge Stealth was a sports car produced by Mitsubishi Motors for Chrysler Motors between 1991 and 1996.  The Dodge Stealth was only available in the 2-door coupe body style and came equipped with a SOHC V-6 engine.  A Dodge Stealth was initially slated to be used as a pace car at the 1991 Indianapolis 500 race but the United Auto Workers objected and a prototype Dodge Viper was substituted for this role.  That said, the Dodge Stealth was ultimately used as an "Official Car" of the 75th anniversary running of the Indianapolis 500 in 1991.  This older, out-of-production 88 piece Dodge Stealth Indy 500 Official Car scaled model includes the following features: 1) Authentic decals for a Dodge Stealth as used as a "Official Car" for the 1991 Indianapolis 500 race; 2) Chrome parts; 3) Clear window glass areas; 4) Detailed 300 horsepower, 3.0 Liter, twin-turbo, twin-intercooled, . 24- valve, dual overhead cam V-6; 5) Exterior choice of clear sunroof panel or air deflector and rear spoiler; 6) Hood can be displayed in the closed or open position; 7) Simulated 17" cast aluminum wheels; 8) Strobe-light assembly ; 9) Vinyl blackwall tires and 10) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in excellent condition but does have a tear in the original cellophane packaging.  Never started and factory sealed.
