The German King Tiger heavy tank was built as a follow-on replacement for the Tiger I, the Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. B was the heaviest operational tank of World War II.  The "Konigstiger" was greatly feared by Allied Forces, but its heavy weight proved to be a serious problem against more mobile opponents and meant that it was limited as to what road networks it could travel on.  This older, out-of-production and hard to find kit includes the following features: 1) Authentic markings for a German panzer division tank as operated late in World War II; 2) Combat crew figures; 3) Detailed chassis, hull and turret; 4) Elevating gun; 5) Flexiable tread; 6) Moveable bogie wheels;  7) Opening hatches; 8) Traversing turret and 9) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in excellent condition.  Never started and factory sealed.
