The Grumman F7F-3N Tiger cat was an American twim engined fighter developed and deployed by the United States Navy and Marines immediately following World War II. This model of the post war Tigercat is the F7F-3N nightfighter variant which was used successfully in night interdiction combat sorties during the Korean War.  This larger sized 120 piece kit includes the following: 1)  Detailed cockpit; 2) Detailed Pratt & Whitney R-2800-22W engines and 3) Intricate landing gear.  Authentic decals are included for two F7F Tigercats, one from VMF (N)-312, August, 1950 and the other from VMF (N)-513, Korea, 1952.
