The He 162A jet aircraft was produced in 1945 as part of a last ditch effort to build and operate revolutionary aircraft designs that utilized a minimum of scarce strategic resources. This model kit of the He 162A was issued in the 1970s and comes with decals for He 162A-2 flown by Oberleutnant Demuth, StaffelKapitan of 3 / JG1, Leck, Germany, spring 1945 and He 162A-3 / JG1, Leck, Germany, Spring 1945. This kit also includes a color painting guide. Never started and factory sealed.
