The Horten Go 229 was one of many leading edge aircraft designs on the drawing board and / or in an early prototype stage when Germany surrenderd to the Allies in May, 1945.  This Revell-Germany kit is a fairly accurate depiction of the Luftwaffe Go 299 "flying wing" jet aircraft.  Kit features include fine recessed panel lines, detailed cockpit, optional position landing gear and 2- piece canopy.  Authentic decals are included for two "conjectural" aircraft of JG 400, "Rote 3" and "Blaue 4".  Never started and factory sealed.
