The SEPECAT Jaguar was a joint Anglo-French project. It first took to the air in 1968 and since then 202 of them have served with the R.A.F. and another 200 with the Armee de L'Air. The reduced surface area of the wing gives this aircraft excellent low altitude performance and this combined with a large external weapons load makes it a feared ground strike aircraft as seen in conflicts in Chad and Iraq. 38 of two seat were purchased by the R.A.F. and another 40 by the Armee de L'Air. This Jaguar E kit is "rendered" out of gray styrene parts and includes a detailed tandem cockpit with a multi-position canopy, detailed landing struts, realistically molded external stores and decals for the following 3 Arme de L'Air versions: 1) E.C. 2/11 "Vosges", Toul (1986); 2) E.C. 3/11 "Corse", Toul (1992) and 3) E.C. 2/7 "Argone", Toul (1998). Never started and factory sealed.
