The book, Jaguar, is a pictorial study of one of the great marques in automotive history.  The Jaguar D-types took the world by storm after they were driven to fill five of the first six places at Le Mans.  While Jaguar was a relatively "newcomer" to the industry, their saloons and road-going sports cars had already garnered the attention of the post World War II car buying public.  Jaguar's post war car-line included the luxurious Mark VII which received wide acclaim, as well as, the XK120 and XK 140 which appealed to the younger, performance minded generation.  Jaguar's initial post war success was followed-up by the E-type vehicle which served to solidify their reputation as a manufacturer of high performance automobiles targeted to the relatively affluent car buyer.  The more recent XJ6, XJ12 and XJS models ensure that the tradition of "Grace, Pace and Space" lives on.  In addition to informative picture captions, "Jaguar" includes approximately 123 high quality color photographs taken from many interesting angles.  This book is certain to appeal to anyone who is interested in automotive history or some of the "true classics" produced by the legendary Jaguar.  This book is 48 pages and is in excellent condition.  The author is Bron Kowal.  Edition published in 1988.
