The wide twin-rotor Kamov KA-25 (N.A.T.O. codenamed "Hormone") was the primary anti-submarine patrol helicopter of the former Soviet Navy.  In service beginning in 1965, the "Hormone" was flying in three different variants, the A, B and C during the 1980s.  Each was designed to fill specific highly electronic warfare missions and patrol duties.  This older Kamov KA-25 A/C scaled model includes the following features: 1) Authentic markings for a Kamov KA-25 as flown by the former Soviet Air Force; 2) Cockpit and fuselage glass areas; 3) Detailed cockpit; 4) Landing gear with emergency floatation bags; 5) Optional parts to build an A or C variant; 6) Sliding cargo door; 7) Twin main rotors and 8) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in like-new condition.  Factory sealed and never started.
