The three tailed, propeller driven Lockheed Constellation commercial airliner was used in the military and referred to as the C-69.  After World War II it became one of the dominate commercial airliners used by many of the domestic airlines especially TWA which had placed its original order in 1940.  The original model continued to evolve and eventually the commercial version was refered to as the Super Constellation with the military versions being designated first as the Model 749 Constellation and then the Military Super Constellation.  This model of the famous Lockheed Super-G Constellation is a re-issue in the mid 1990s of a kit originally offerred for sale in the late 1950s.  The box art is consistent with the original issue and is quite attractive.  Features included in this kit are as follows: 1) Authentic markings for a Super-G Constellation operated by TWA; 2) Two hostesses; 3) Two loading ramps; 4) Two wing tanks and 5) Battery truck.  The box is in investment quality condition.  Factory sealed and never started.
