The United States Navy has fielded a flight demonstration team named the Blue Angels since the late 1940s.  While the Blue Angels have flown many aircraft since their inception flying radial engined F8F Bearcats, they currently fly the McDonnell Douglas F-18 Hornet which is one of the hotest fighter jets in the world today.  Thes F-18 Hornet is powered by twin General Electric "after-burning" jet engines which allow the aircraft to fly straight-up and perform high G (force) low level turns and other dangerous maneuvers.  The United States Navy flight demonstration team is always a crowd favorite at air shows world-wide.
This older McDonnell Douglas F-18 Blue Angels Flight Display scaled model display includes the following features: 1) Authentic graphics for four F-18 Hornets as flown by the United States Blue Angels flight demonstration team; 2) Blue Angel logo display base; 3) Clear display disc; 4) Four complete F-18 Hornet models; 5) Four clear plastic canopies; 6) Models have recessed panel lines and 7) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in like-new condition.  Never started and factory sealed.
