The Bf 109F series of the Messerschmitt were the dynamically refined and fully modified type of Bf 109E and unlike their predecessors which looked rugged, featured extremely refinded, beautiful style.  With the edition of an engine mounted cannon, the Bf 109F came to be called the strongest fighter in the years of 1941 and 1942.  This variant was eventually replaced by the more heavily armed G or "Gustav" variant in 1943.  This kit is 185 mm in length and has a wingspan of 207 mm.  Included in this kit are authentic markings for the following two aircraft: 1) Kdr. JG 51 Oberstleutnant Welner Molders, Autumn, 1941 Eastern Front and 2) Kdr. JG 51 Oberstleutnant Welner Molders, July, 1941 Eastern Front.  The box is excellent condition. Never started and 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions inventoried.
