The movie, Mountain Family Robinson, is the third film about the exploits of the Robinson family in the remote wilderness of the Rocky Mountains. After surviving a harsh and terrifying winter in Wilderness Family Part 2, the Robinson family must now face the bureaucracy of the United States Forest Service. Early on in this movie, the forest service alleges that the Robinson's cabin has been constructed on land that they do not have title to. The Robinson's soon realize that they may have to give up their new life in the wilderness of the majestic Rocky Mountains. As the Robinson's deal with, Mr. Brooks, the unbending forest service officer, they still have their share of difficult experiences in the wild. Some of the Robinson's encounters include: a violent thunderstorm and flash flood, an emergency clime up a jagged cliff, a night attack by dangerous wolves, a mine-shaft cave-in and a fiery helicopter crash. In the end, with the help of their old prospector friend Boomer and a strange turn of fate, the Robinsons eventually save their home and Rocky Mountain dream. Starring Robert F. Logan, Susan Damante Shaw and William Bryant among others. Full screen in color. Released in 1979. Runtime 102 Minutes.
