The OH-58 A Kiowa was developed for the United States Army in the 1960s and is still in service in over 30 countries.  The Kiowa is used by security forces, as well as, civilian organizations.  Due to its power, relatively straight-forward servicing requirements and overall reliability, the Kiowa can perform many missions including coordinating operations in the military services.  The OH-58 A units still in service as of the mid 1990s were upgraded to the new “B” standard.  This older OH-58 A Kiowa scaled model includes the following features: 1) Authentic markings for a OH-58 A as operated by Austria, Heeresfliegerkrafte, 3HS-S Langenlebarn, 1988 & Spain, Famet, Uhel IV El Copero, 1984; 2) Clear plastic cockpit & fuselage “glass areas”; 3) Detailed cockpit; 4) Doors can be attached in the closed or open position; 5) Molded in olive drab colored plastic; 6) Recessed panel lines; 7) Painting Guide in color and 8) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in very good condition.  Never started and 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.
