The book, Pilot's Flight Operating Instructions For: Army Models P-38 H Series, P-38 J-5 and F-5 B-1, is an exact reprint of the original manual published on September 25, 1943.  This manual replaced Technical Order T.O. No.01-75FF-1 dated June 25, 1943.  The contents of this "restricted" operating manual are as follows: 1) Section I - Descriptions; 2) Section II - Pilot Operating Instructions; 3) Section III - Flight Operating Data; 4) Section IV - Emergency Operating Instructions; 5) Section V Operational Equipment; 6) Appendix I - Glossary of Nomenclature (U.S.A. -British) and 7) Appendix II - Flight Operating Charts, Tables, Curves, and Diagrams.  In addition to a concise but authoritative text, this operating manual includes the following features: 1) Approximately 15 black and white photographs with component descriptions and 2) About 34 black and white illustrations.  This "Pilot's Flight Operating Instructions" manual is 62 pages and is in very good condition.  Reprinted by George A.
