This postcard depicts two diesel locomotives pulling one baggage and at least five passenger cars over a bridge spanning Johnson's Canyon, Arizona.  This post card as many earth tone colors with just a small section of sky overhead.  It is identified as number H.1574 and advertises on the back Fred Harvey Hotels, Shops and Restaurants.  The legend reads: "When overland stages followed beaten trails up and down mountain wildernesses, a day's journey lay between points we now pass in half an hours ride on our pathway of steel.  Then each peculiarity of nature was relatively more prominent than now and the name it bore usually had some local significance.  Hence Johnson's Canyon, near Williams Arizona bears the name of a one time local character".  This postcard contains no writing, is free of noticeable stains or marks and is in overall excellent condition with only slight wear on the four corners.
