The book, Scale Aircraft Drawings Vol. 2 of the Air Age Scale Aircraft Drawing Series reviews 37 representative types of World War II airplanes from prewar service models that served at the beginning of hostilities through the more modern types deployed by the combatants later in the war.  Each of the covered aircraft is accompanied with text , details of the airplanes development and a brief operaitonal history.  This book also provides vintage black and white photographs that give excellent views of the airplanes structural details and markings.  Included in this book is also a section on designations which discusses the basics of the various national designating systems.  Overall, this book should be of interest to both the aviation historian and modeller alike.  This book is 147 pages and is in very good condition.  The author is Peter M.
