This postcard depicts the Farrell ore-carrying steamer as it is being locked down in the Sabin Lock located at Soo, Michigan.  The postcard scene includes the lower lock in the foreground followed by an upper lock with the Farrell behind the gate and a blue sky with white clouds above.  It is identified by the number 86712.  This postcard contains no legend, has no writing, is free of noticeable stains or marks and is in overall excellent condition with a trace of wear on all four corners.
