The Stuka Ju 87 flown by pilots of the German Luftwaffe was one of the most frightening weapons used by any of the combatants during World War II.  The Stuka was an effective and deadly dive bomber that almost always preceeded the movement forward of the German Army.  The Stuka's appearance and horns that screamed as the dive bomber made its diving attacks thoroughly demoralized its intended victims and as such was one of the world's first true terror weapons.  This original Junkers Ju 87 B kit issued from the late 1960s is an exact replica of an original example found at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry.  Features included in this model are as follows: 1) Authentic markings for an aircraft operated by the Luftwaffe during the first part of World War II; 2) Bomb load ; 3) Detailed Junkers Jumo engine with removable cowl; 4) Detailed cockpit; 5) Sliding canopy; 6) Crew figures and 7) Illustrated assembly instructions.  The box is in investor quality condition.  Never started and factory sealed.
