The movie, Dawn Patrol, is the harrowing tale of World War I British fighter pilots whose mission is to keep the German planes led by the dreaded Baron Richter behind enemy lines.  It's tragedy and camaraderie as the veteran and rookie pilots bond in the face of their own mortality.  In the end, this classic aviation film is an engaging drama about the strsses and friendships of wartime and includes fine performances by an all-star cast.  Starring Errol Flynn, David Niven and Basil Rathbone among others.  Full screen in black and white.  Released in 1938.  Runtime 103 minutes.
