The book The Encyclopedia Of Weapons Of World War II is a well-illustrated grouping of military hardware including everything that fought in the air, on the ground and on the seas during war.  There are more than 500 seperate items of equipment used between 1939 and 1945 including everthing from handguns to huge aircraft carriers.  Included in this book are over 600 full-color artworks, narratives that feature a detailed history of each weapon's design and development along with a full specifications table that covers performance, dimension, armament and crew details.  Overall, this book is highly recommended for the serious military historian.  This book is 540 pages and is in like new condition.  The general editor is Chris Bishop.  Edition published in 2002.
