The Twin Mustang F-82 G was based on the design of the conventional P-51 and was developed as a long range fighter which could operate at higher speeds.  This unique aircraft could be flown from either cockpit.  In this twin cockpit comfiguration, the pilot had full instruments while the co-pilot had relief and emergency instruments.  This model of the F-82 G night fighter is molded in black.  The kit also includes parts, decals and instructions for painting the silver F-82 E escort fighter version.  The box is in excellent condition.  Never started and factory sealed.
