This postcard depicts two Vista Dome Twin Zephyr diesel locomotives as they pass traveling in opposite directions between Chicago, Illinois and St. Paul-Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The writing at the bottom of the postcard reads: "Twice Daily Via The Burlington Between Chicago and St. Paul-Minneapolis".  The legend on the back of the postcard reads: "Morning and afternoon in each direction the new diesel-powered, stainless steel, TWIN ZEPHYRS featuring the unique VISTA DOME cars, flash along the scenic Mississippi River route between Chicago and St. Paul-Minneapolis.  Reclining chair coaches, parlor car, dining car, club-lounge for all passengers".   The text and logo on the back of this postcard indicates that it was a souvenir available through the Burlington Railroad.  This postcard contains no writing, is free of noticeable stains or marks and is in overall excellent condition with only a trace of wear on the four corners.
